If, within 30 days of starting any group coaching program, course, or membership at BriannaThaxton.com (or through Brianna Thaxton LLC), you find that it does not meet your expectations or align with your goals, please contact my dedicated support team at biblicallifecoaching@briannathaxton.com.  I am here to assist you and ensure your satisfaction.



💰 Refund Eligibility


To be eligible for a refund, please note the following conditions:


Active Participation: You must have actively engaged in the coaching program, course, or membership by completing the assigned exercises and/or modules. I believe that meaningful progress requires active involvement, and I want to ensure that you have given the program a fair chance.



Timeframe: Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the start date of the coaching program, course, or membership. This timeframe allows for a reasonable assessment of your experience and provides an opportunity for resolution.



Genuine Reason: I ask that you provide a genuine reason for seeking a refund. Your feedback is important to us as it helps us improve my offerings, but I also want to ensure that refunds are requested in good faith.


NOTE: Please be aware that due to the personalized nature of my one-on-one coaching services, which require significant time and effort from Brianna, I am unable to offer refunds for these services.
